Travel & Hotel
Please see below for specific Biennial Travel and Hotel Information.
Please read through prior to registering.
All attendees, Local or traveling must register for the event through the registration link.
Please refer to Realterm’s Travel and Expense Policy for any questions.

Local Attendees:
Hotel: If you live more than one hour from the meeting location, you are eligible to have your hotel room booked and covered by Realterm.
Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, taxi): To ensure employee safety, if you consume alcohol, you are able to have your ride covered by Realterm.
Parking: Parking for local attendees (attendees who do not require a hotel room) will be covered as a reimbursable expense.
Traveling Attendees:
Hotel: If you register for your hotel room in Registration, your room will be covered for 2 Nights. Additional nights can be booked during registration, but they would be charged to your Realterm credit card, per management approval.
International Attendees & West Coast:
Hotel: If you register for your hotel room in Registration, your room will be covered for 3 Nights. Additional nights can be booked during registration, but they would be charged to your Realterm credit card, per management approval.
Travel:
Please book your travel to and from the Biennial Meeting according to our travel policy using the Navan wesbite.
Hotel:
The meeting will take place at the Westin Annapolis.
All hotel room booking will be managed by our event coordinator Ben Jacobson. The only way to book a room is by registering for the Biennial. Please do not contact the hotel directly
